RETURNS & REFUNDS

Given the nature of our services, all digital services goods are non-refundable once work has commenced or the product has been delivered, with exceptions only if we are unable to fulfill your commission or deliver a product for any reason. Purchasing a pre-made item from our Online Store or Discord Ticket System immediately renders you ineligible for a refund.

Should you initiate a dispute through a payment service fraudulently, your access to our files will be terminated, and evidence showcasing your agreement to these Terms of Service will be forwarded to the relevant parties. This will also be shared with Protect The Devs and disseminated thereafter by PTD.
